Participation Requirements

Participant must have business-level English skills

Participant must be a company representative, or someone authorized by the representative

Participant's company must have the capacity to commit to follow-up if contracts or partnerships are achieved as a result of participation

Participant's company must be founded within 10 years

Participant's company must have business activities or planning to have business activities in Tokyo

Participant's company have a product or a service and must have sales or other track record in Japan

Partial subsidy for travel expenses (up to 250K JPY)

Expectations

Attend the full on-site phase (Dec. 8–12) in principle (if some dates are difficult, please consult us in advance). You may arrive early or leave late, if you wish.

Cover travel and accommodation expenses (CIC can provide subsidies up to JPY 250,000)

Participate in pre-mission orientations and sessions (10-15 hours total across 5 weeks)

Follow CIC’s instructions as the program's organizing committee (e.g., surveys before/after the program)
